Margaret Wells, Co-Chair of the Chamber’s Costume Fund Drive presented the check to Chris Seawell, Board Chairman of the Roanoke Island Historical Association (RIHA). In attendance (from L-R) was Chamber President John Bone, Carl V. The Chamber and their members are now a part of The Lost Colony’s Shining Stars— businesses, organizations and individuals who have provided extraordinary support to assist the outdoor drama since the tragedy.

Individuals and businesses can send donations through several ways: online at www.thelostcolony.org, through donation boxes at local businesses, and fund raising accounts at the local bank branches of BB&T, ECB, RBC Centura, and Southern Banks. The Lost Colony is the longest-running symphonic drama in America and opens its 71st season May 30th, 2008. A listing of The Lost Colony’s Shining Stars can be found
