TICKETS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN
RAIN POLICY
Because weather on the Outer Banks is so changeable,
no performance is ever cancelled before 9 pm. In the event a
performance is cancelled before intermission, tickets will
either be fully refunded or exchanged, at the customer’s
discretion. If a performance is cancelled after the first act,
there is no refund, but tickets will be exchanged for any future
performance up to five (5) years from the date on the ticket.
HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND: Refunds for tickets will be issued upon
written request, if made within 60 days of the cancelled
performance. Ticket stubs must be included with the written
request for refund.
No refunds will be made at the theatre box office. Mail requests
to: The Lost Colony, 1409 National Park Drive, Manteo, NC 27954.
After 60 days, tickets can be exchanged for future performances
up to five (5) years from the date of the ticket by calling
252-473-3414 or 800-488-5012.
ACCESSIBILITY: Waterside Theatre is fully accessible to the
disabled. Please call in advance with any special needs.
Wheelchair seating is available on row AA. Please specify when
you are making your ticket purchase. A limited number of
wheelchairs are available free of charge. A drivers license will
be required as bond.
We offer a limited number of performances with sign language
interpretation. Interpretation is offered ONLY for The Lost
Colony. If you need a sign language interpreter, please let us
know two weeks in advance. Scripts are available when sign
language interpretation is not.
A limited number of audio-assist units are available free of
charge. Please ask the house manager for more information. A
drivers license will be required as bond for the unit.
GROUPS: We welcome groups! If you have an organized group of 20
