provides special benefits, including free tickets, a
subscription to the newsletter, invitations to special
programs and receptions, and a complimentary 2009
souvenir program.

COLONY AMBASSADORS
by throwing a membership party for your friends and

Giving to the
ANNUAL FUND is the best
way to make a positive impact on every aspect of The
Lost Colony, because it is used to support
everything from costumes and makeup to education and
community outreach – and gifts made to this fund are
fully tax-deductible!
Honor a loved one or commemorate a

SEAT ENDOWMENT , an engraved plaque on the seat of your
choice with a personalized inscription – an enduring
remembrance.
Be a beacon of support by donating

LIGHTING FUND and
help us ensure critical components of The Lost
Colony’s lighting system – some now over thirty
years old – are replaced, reconfigured and
safety-compliant.
There is no better way to see a
gift you make at work on stage than by contributing to
the
COSTUME SHOP REPLACEMENT
FUND. Thousands of costumes were destroyed in the
fire of 2007 – and the rebuilding continues – but thanks
to the entire family of Lost Colony supporters,
the show opened as planned in 2008.
The
ALUMNI
FUND supports scholarships and other activities
of the Alumni Committee.

VOLUNTEERING puts you at the heart of Roanoke
Island Historical Association, assisting with important
mailings, office work, special events, and opening night
parties, wherever you feel best suited.
SHOP &
SHARE by linking your Food Lion MVP card with The
Roanoke Island Historical Association. A portion of
your grocery purchases will then be donated to The
Lost Colony.

GIFTS which can
