Group Contract
The Lost Colony
is performed outdoors in picturesque Waterside
Theatre, overlooking the Roanoke Sound. Waterside
Theatre is located inside of Fort Raleigh National
Historic Site in Manteo, North Carolina. Waterside
Theatre’s seats are a contoured stadium-style seat.
Insect repellent and a light jacket are advised,
depending on weather conditions. Wheelchair seating
is available upon request. Concession stands are
located inside the theatre gates and feature soda,
coffee, bottled water, sandwiches and light snacks.
Inside Fort Raleigh, restroom facilities are
available at the Theatre during performances as well
as the National Park’s Lindsay Warren Visitor’s
Center during their hours of operation.

In addition, we offer
two complimentary tickets to use for your group
leaders. All seats are reserved. A 20% deposit
(based on total ticket sales) is required to
reserve group tickets. Groups should reserve
seats at least 30 days in advance to guarantee
their desired performance date. Deposit must be
made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or check.
Your total balance (minus 20% advance deposit)
must be paid three days prior to your arrival
date.
Guarantees
and Cancellations
Any changes to your group contract must be
made three days prior to your reservation
date before 5 pm. Total balance due will be
based on your original contracted amount,
unless changes have been made within this
timeframe. Cancellations received after that
time will result in a forfeiture of your
deposit. For changes, call the box office
numbers listed below.
Arrival
All
group tickets will be held at our Box Office. Groups
should arrive no later than 7:30 pm. Theatre gates will
be open at 7 pm. There is ample parking for up to ten
motor coaches or buses.
Rain
Policy
If it’s raining, come to the theatre anyway.
Shows are
never canceled before 8:30 pm due to rain.
In the rare event a performance is cancelled
before intermission, a full refund or
exchange will be granted to the purchaser.
